This call supported civil society in Cabo Verde to promote the African Charter for Democracy, Elections and Governance and to strengthen engagement with ECOWAS. More specifically, it will enable the deployment of civic technology to enable their own and/or citizens’ engagement with African Governance Architecture members and ECOWAS.
