The theme for this year's YouLead summit is the Transformational Role of Digital Access on the Future of Work in Africa. The summit aims to assess the impact of digital access on Africa's development agenda, address pandemic-related employment and income losses, and improve young people's digital access. It will serve as a forum for examining the state of digital transformation and future work for African youth and proposing solutions for decent employment and work opportunities.
